About Me

As a Real Estate Professional for 38 years, I bring much experience to this team. Over the years my art education, sales and appraising experience has helped me in guiding buyers and sellers through all of the intricate details of Real Estate transactions.

My expertise and background began with a degree in Fine Arts from the University of Arkansas. Our family moved to the DFW area in 1979 and I have called this home ever since. In 1984, I became a Real Estate Sales Agent, two years later I became a Real Estate Broker. Then again 2 years later, I began a career in Real Estate as a Certified Real Estate Appraiser

My husband and I have been involved in property flipping, purchasing foreclosed homes at the courthouse, renovating and reselling. My experience has been vital in advising the typical buyer/seller of costs involved with possible renovations they might encounter. As a State Certified Residential Appraiser, I can price your home to ensure it will sell quickly and for the most dollars possible. The DFW Home Listings Team bring 30 years of Real Estate Experience to the table. Sharon is a Licensed Real Estate Broker and a State Certified Residential Appraiser. Her experience will be integral in the pricing of your home to sell quickly and for the most dollars possible. Kayla holds a BBA Finance/Accounting degree from Texas Tech University, and obtained her Real Estate license upon graduation in 1983. Kayla's background is mortgage banking; a licensed loan officer for 27 years. She will be able to assist with your finance questions and all that is associated with mortgage products and procedures. Rachel is a graduate of Texas AM with a specialization in marketing and sales. She will be able to ensure your home is marketed at it's fullest potential to ensure a speedy turnover. Tina has relocated to several different states and can attest to the relocation process. She also has experience with new home builds and new construction and will be able to guide you through the process of customizing a home. This makes for a FANTASTIC team working for You.
